1 Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

This document contains the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing the use of the bbiplay platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services offered under the bbiplay brand. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you immediately agree to be bound by these Terms.

In this document, "bbiplay", "we", "us", or "Platform" refers to the operators of the bbiplay platform. "User", "member", "you", or "player" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses bbiplay's services. "Services" refers to all games, betting, promotions, and other features available on the platform.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use bbiplay services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Is legally competent to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by local law.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

3 Account Registration and KYC Process

Each user is permitted to hold only one bbiplay account. Owning more than one account under the same individual, whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry no cash value beyond their wagering value.

7 Game Rules

8 Prohibited User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Coordination or collusion between different accounts to exploit games or promotions ("colluding").
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to alter, falsify, or manipulate transaction records or game history.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates applicable laws.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Bbiplay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, security investigation requirements, or requests from lawful authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time via the account settings section or by contacting bbiplay customer support. In the case of voluntary closure, the account balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met its rollover requirement) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

For players requesting account closure due to a gambling problem (self-exclusion), bbiplay will process the request promptly and will not permit the same individual to open a new account for a specified period to support recovery.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bbiplay and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or any damages arising from the use of this platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or system errors beyond our reasonable control.

Bbiplay makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or that issues will be resolved immediately. We strive to maintain a high standard of service, though occasional disruptions cannot be entirely avoided.

Players are fully responsible for their own gaming decisions. Online gaming involves financial risk, and bbiplay is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of their gaming activity on this platform.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Bbiplay reserves the right to modify, add, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
